Community Guidelines

Version 1.0 (effective 8 September 2026)

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") set the rules for behaviour and content on https://purrdate.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by MANUFACTURES X-I & CO. SAS. They form part of your agreement with us (Terms of Service). Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent Account termination.

1. Core Principles

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • treat others with basic respect;
  • use the Service lawfully and honestly.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, send, solicit or link to content that:

2.1 Absolute prohibitions

  • depicts, promotes or facilitates child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a person under 18; such content is reported to authorities;
  • constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, or deepfake sexual imagery of an identifiable person without consent, or threatens the publication of intimate imagery;
  • depicts or promotes illegal or obscene sexual content;
  • facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation or coercion;
  • contains malware, phishing or technical attacks.

2.2 Strong restrictions

  • Commercial sexual services: the commercial exchange of any romantic or sexual activity, content or services, including escorting, prostitution, pay-for-sex arrangements, and attempts to sell, advertise or buy adult sexual content;
  • Solicitation of money or valuables, including romance scams, investment fraud and gift-card schemes;
  • Harassment, threats, stalking or targeted abuse;
  • Hate speech: content promoting violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or comparable protected characteristics;
  • Doxxing: publishing another person's private identifying information without consent;
  • Impersonation of another real person, celebrity, or our staff;
  • Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive copy-paste outreach, or automated messaging.

2.3 Photo and media rules

  • post only content you have the right to share; all depicted persons must be adults;
  • no images of minors in any context, including family photos;
  • no images primarily depicting weapons, illegal drugs or graphic violence;
  • profile photos must reasonably represent you;
  • no nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic content (Content & Age Policy).

3. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

  • create multiple Accounts to evade bans, limits or verification;
  • share your Account credentials;
  • circumvent paywalls, payment controls, age verification or access controls;
  • scrape, harvest or index profiles, messages or data;
  • reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the Service's infrastructure;
  • use paid features to launder money or conduct off-platform commercial transactions;
  • use the Service while banned, including under an IP or device ban;
  • encourage or assist others to violate these Guidelines.

4. Scam Awareness

4.1. Never arrange travel to meet, send money to, or share financial details with someone you have only met on the Service.

4.2. Report any profile that asks you for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, identity documents or financial information (Section 6).

5. Messaging

5.1. Keep conversations consensual. Stop if the other party asks you to; unwanted sexual messages after a clear stop request may constitute harassment.

5.2. Do not send malware links, payment links to untrusted destinations, or requests for identity documents.

5.3. Private messages are not routinely read by our staff. Automated safety filters screen messages for prohibited content; a conversation is reviewed by a person only where it is reported, flagged, or where the law requires review. See the Privacy Policy.

5.4. Safety Tips. We do not perform criminal background screenings of users. For a safer experience:

  • never send money, gift cards or financial information to anyone you meet on the Service;
  • be wary of anyone who quickly professes strong feelings, asks to move the conversation off-platform, or tells a story that ends in a request for help or money;
  • do not share your home or work address, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in chat;
  • if you arrange to meet another user in person, meet in a public place, tell a friend or family member where you are going, and arrange your own transportation;
  • report suspicious behaviour immediately (Section 6);

6. Reporting

6.1. Use the in-product Report buttons or email [email protected].

6.2. Include the reported username, a description, screenshots where helpful, and whether you believe a minor is involved or that trafficking or exploitation may be occurring; such reports are prioritised and, where confirmed or strongly suspected, escalated immediately with evidence preserved and the matter referred to law enforcement.

6.3. False or malicious reports may themselves lead to sanctions.

6.4. Non-consensual intimate imagery. If an intimate image or video of you, including a digitally created or altered depiction, appears on the Service without your consent, report it via the in-product reporting features or [email protected]. Anyone may report; no account is needed and no fee is charged. Include information sufficient to locate the content and a signed statement, electronic signature accepted, of your good-faith belief that the depiction is non-consensual. We remove validated content and known identical copies within 48 hours of a valid request and preserve evidence as legally required. Where doubt exists as to consent, the content remains disabled pending resolution; if consent cannot be established, it remains removed. Confirmed violations lead to Account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

7.1. We use automated detection together with human review of content pending approval and of reported or flagged content.

7.2. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, warn, restrict features, suspend, terminate, ban IP addresses or devices, and report to law enforcement.

7.3. Child sexual abuse material and imminent-threat content are escalated immediately. Evidence is preserved as legally required.

7.4. Where applicable law requires transparency on moderation, eligible users receive a statement of reasons for content restrictions and access to complaint mechanisms as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Appeals

If you believe we made an error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the action, with your username and a clear explanation. Appeals are reviewed in good faith by a person not involved in the original decision. We are not obliged to reinstate content or Accounts where our decision was reasonable.

9. Changes

We may update these Guidelines. Material changes are communicated in-product; where fresh acceptance is required, we request it explicitly.
